Veronica Veras Medina, graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics in 1997. She has over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of advance skin care treatments for every skin concern. Veronica oversees the clinical work at Essential and is committed to providing each client with the ultimate pampering experience keeping the highest standards. She is a trusted expert for many and loves
teaching our team her secrets to carry on the Essential way.
Veronica opened Essential in Dedham in 2017 after operating Essential in Chestnut Hill and Wellesley. Essential in Dedham Square was opened in November 2019. Veronica habla español.

Kelly began her aesthetics career in 2002 on the Upper East Side of NYC. She ran the Division of Facial Plastics and Reconstruction Surgery at Boston Medical Center before transitioning to private practice in Chestnut Hill, where she met Veronica. Kelly loves helping people find approachable solutions to their aging and skincare concerns with
transparent, attainable advice.
Building confidence is her ultimate passion. This is evident in her work at Essential in addition to her work with the Girl Scouts as a troop leader and her family photography. Kelly sits on the board of Dedham Square Circle, supporting local business owners and community events.

Christina is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the aesthetics industry for many years and has a passion for injecting and making people feel more confident. Patients love her honest assessments and expertise - and her hilarious antics. She specializes in neurotoxin and dermal filler (her facial balancing and optimization is incredible) and spearheads our Weight Management program.

Julie Slattery, DScPAS, MS, PA-C, is a talented aesthetic injector and Physician Assistant at Boston Children's Hospital in the Pediatric Cardiac department. She has a passion for making others feel more confident with beautiful results safely. She provides the most amazing lips with dermal filler and loves providing patients with a jawline refresh with filler. She is available on Tuesdays.

Sarah is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a Menopause Certification from the Menopause

Colleen joined Essential in 2022 as a master aesthetician and laser technician. Since then, she has acquired her GM Collin Master Aesthetician certificate, a phlebotomy certificate and she is continuing her education with a National Esthetician Certification and Medical Assistant Certificate. In 2024 she acquired her Phlebotomy and Medical Assistant certifications.
Colleen has years of experience with our IPL Stellar M22 and loves treating facial veins and redness and pigmentation - she just loves results! She is known for her love to chat and always has so much fun with her clients. She is an expert in our medical services and is devoted to your outcomes!
Stephanie joined Essential in 2020 with over 10 years of massage therapy and aesthetic experience. She has a devoted clientele and is known for her pampered and thorough approach.
Stephanie loves welcoming and pampering friends - old and new - at Essential. Stephanie specializes in orthopedic massage; however, she is extremely experienced in soothing massage and loves providing people with a much needed relaxing escape. Stephanie brings a passion for skincare and making people feel confident in their skin.
Stephanie's schedule varies so call ahead to book your time with her - it's worth the wait!
Estefany joined Essential in 2023 after years of independent work as an Aesthetician, Makeup Artist, Lash Technique and brow artist. She brings that and more to Essential and our patients!
Estefany is incredibly passionate about esthetics and loves to educate and pamper her patients. Estefany habla español.
Kaela Bradbury joined Essential in 2023 as a Master Aesthetician and Licensed Laser Technician. She is a Boston native who graduated from aesthetician school in 2021. Her favorite treatments to perform are a relaxing back facial and Dermaplaning! Fun fact: she's related to Colleen and loves tacos!

Jenny has been our Patient Guru and master of ceremonies since 2018. You will find Jenny behind the front desk helping patients from when they arrive to saying goodbye. She is a great resource for a questions about a treatment or product and loves to talk about all of our options!
